Dr. Hajer Abdelkafi is the Managing Director of Novalix Tunisia. Organic chemist by training, she obtained a French Engineering Diploma from ENSCMu, a PhD from the University of Pierre et Marie Curie/CNRS/MNHN, and experienced practical placements at ETH Zurich. Before moving back to Tunisia, she had several postdoctoral experiences at CEA Saclay and CNRS Strasbourg.

At the head of Novalix Tunisia, Dr. Hajer Abdelkafi ensures the proper functioning of the structure and the promotion of its activities in the MEA region. Novalix Tunisia is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) providing research services in synthetic and analytical chemistry for, mostly but not exclusively, pharmaceutical industries.
