Prof. Bezhan Chankvetadze is Professor for Physical Chemistry at Tbilisi State University, Tbilisi, Georgia. Between 1991-2005 he worked for the Institute of Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry, University of Münster, Germany and at the Department of Applied Chemistry, Nagoya University, Japan. B. Chankvetadze has published over 350 publications and holds many patents. He has delivered over 400 lectures on international conferences. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis (Elsevier) and member of the editorial boards of Journal of Chromatography A, Journal of Chromatography O, Electrophoresis, Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis, Journal of Separation Science, Chirality and several other journals.
