Dr. Ahmet Çetinkaya has been affiliated with the Department of Analytical Chemistry (Faculty of Pharmacy) at Ankara University since at least March 2020. He recently joined the University of Health Sciences, Gülhane Faculty of Pharmacy, Department of Analytical Chemistry, Ankara. He is a qualified Researcher (Ph.D.) in Analytical Chemistry. His work is characterized by the innovative design of advanced sensors and the implementation of green analytical methodologies for pharmaceutical, clinical, and environmental applications. He has published more than 137 papers in peer-reviewed journals, with an H-index of 29, and over 2,400 citations.

His work involves integrating Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIPs) with novel nanomaterials for electrochemical chiral sensors the precise recognition and analysis of enantiomers, which is critical in pharmaceutical science. He is a contributor to Green Analytical Chemistry (GAC).
